General contracting conditions


These General Conditions regulate the acquisition of the services offered on the website, owned by SERGIO ALAMA CARRIZO Y SEÑORÍO DE MONTANERA SL (hereinafter, BELLOTACON).

The acquisition of any of the services entails the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions indicated, without prejudice to the acceptance of the Particular Conditions that may be applicable when acquiring certain services.

These General Conditions may be modified without prior notification, therefore, it is advisable to carefully read their content before proceeding to purchase any of the services offered.

BELLOTACON, in compliance with Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, informs you that:

All notifications and communications between users and BELLOTACON will be considered effective, for all purposes, when they are made through any of the means detailed above.

The services offered, along with their main characteristics and their price, appear on the screen.

BELLOTACON reserves the right to decide, at any time, the products and/or services offered to Clients. In this way, BELLOTACON may, at any time, add new products and/or services to those currently offered.

All this without prejudice to the fact that the acquisition of any of the services can only be done through the subscription or registration of the USER, granting by BELLOTACON to the interested party a User name and a password, which will personally identify and enable them to have access to services.

Once inside, and to access the contracting of the different services, the User must follow all the instructions indicated in the purchase process, which will mean reading and accepting all the general and particular conditions set at


In the registration form, the user will be asked for billing data and data for the issuance of certificates accrediting the regulated training carried out.

To make any purchase at, the customer must be of legal age.

In addition, it will be necessary for the client to register at through a data collection form in which BELLOTACON is provided with the necessary information for contracting; data that in any case will be true, exact and complete about your identity and that the client must expressly consent to by accepting BELLOTACON’s privacy policy.

The steps to follow to make the purchase are:

The USER must select the event they wish to attend by clicking on the corresponding icon or link and it will be added to the cart.
To make the purchase it is necessary for the USER to register, the form to fill out, the identification and fiscal data will be requested for the billing of the product.

In the registration process, an email will be sent to the email address provided by the user when configuring the email account.
The cart will contain the name of the selected course, its description in unit price, the discount and taxes.
If you are already registered, a username and password will be requested to directly access your profile.
Once the purchase order for the requested service has been completed, and before payment, a summary of the characteristics of the order will be presented.

By clicking on the go to payment button, the service payment procedure will be carried out through the selected method.
Once the payment has been made, an email message will be sent confirming the receipt and summary of the order, valid information for the right of access to the selected event.

The client will notify the employer of their intention to receive the invoice in paper or electronic format by accepting a check box for sending the invoice in digital format, they may also request it at the email account, both at one format or another will receive it without any associated cost.

Along with the order confirmation email, the electronic contract on the purchase of the contracted services will be provided. Likewise, it is recommended that the client print and/or save a copy on a durable medium of the conditions of sale when placing their order, as well as also of the proof of receipt sent by BELLOTACON by email.


The contract may be canceled due to breach of the obligations to which each of the parties is subject.


The provision of the service will be carried out as follows:

Once the registration process has been completed, and the purchase process has been completed, you will receive proof of payment by email, valid to obtain the right of access to the selected event.

Once you have reached the event access control, you will be asked for your name and ID, detailed information by the user on the registration form, or you will present your proof of payment and order confirmation.


The requested services will be carried out by attending the event where the name and ID will be requested at the access control, data provided by the user in the purchase process, or the user may provide proof of payment sent by email:
The USER will access the event by providing name and DNI, or proof of the purchase process sent by email.

The entrepreneur is not responsible for the fact that for reasons of non-availability of the client or poor internet connectivity of the devices used by him, the purchase of the digital ticket will not be carried out, as well as its receipt by email or its download. .

The prices of the services that are collected in will be expressed in Euros unless otherwise stated and will be guaranteed during the time of validity of the same, except for printing errors and whatever the destination of the order.

The services have VAT included.
The VAT rate is 21%.
The prices of the services may change at any time. In this case, the price to be applied will be the one in force on the date of placing the order. In any case, the final cost will be communicated to the customer in the electronic purchase process before he formalizes his acceptance.

You can make the payment immediately through the SSL secure payment gateway of our Bank (BBVA). If it is necessary to make any return or cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded through the same payment card.

Both personal and bank data will be protected with all the security measures established by current data protection regulations with total confidentiality.

The expenses that could be caused, those that could be established by the consumer’s bank for the operation carried out.

According to the regulations, the consumer and user will have the right to WITHDRAW from the contract for a maximum period of 14 calendar days without the need to indicate the reason and without incurring any cost, except those provided for in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD1/2007, of November 16, approving the aforementioned text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

This right of withdrawal is not applicable, among others, to:

The provision of services, once the service has been fully executed, and if the contract imposes on the consumer or user a payment obligation, when the execution has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer or user and with the knowledge on their part that, once the entrepreneur has fully executed the contract, he will have lost his right of withdrawal.

The term to withdraw from the contract for the provision of services is 14 calendar days from the day of the conclusion of the contract, and the user must inform BELLOTACON of their desire to exercise such right, which they can do by filling out the form found at end of this document.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal gives rise to the suspension of the service.

BELLOTACON will communicate to the consumer in a durable medium an acknowledgment of receipt of said withdrawal.

Withdrawal implies that BELLOTACON will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the client within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, following the same procedure chosen by the client for its payment (provided that the contracted service is not within the exceptions indicated previously).

During this period, the consumer will communicate to the entrepreneur his decision to withdraw from the contract through any unequivocal statement that allows his decision to be recorded, and may use the withdrawal form at the end of this document, although its use does not it is mandatory.

BELLOTACON will communicate to the consumer in a durable medium an acknowledgment of receipt of said withdrawal.

Users are informed that, based on the exception detailed in the previous point 9. RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY, the services begin at the moment in which the client accesses the selected event, with which, if the term has expired of the 14 calendar days from the date of obtaining the access ticket to the event or when accessing the event, the right of withdrawal will not be applicable.

BELLOTACON may suspend, withdraw or partially or totally cancel the services subject to contracting at any time and without the need for prior notice. The previous provision will not affect those services that are reserved for registered users or that are subject to prior contracting and that will be governed by their specific conditions.
