We inform you that for this edition the IFEBA rates together with a lower number of registrations do not make it possible to assume the cost of holding the convention at the IFEBA facilities, so, to avoid canceling this edition, I have decided to move it to the Hotel that has with greater capacity in their rooms. This is the Gran Hotel NH Casino Extremadura. The location of the hotel is not a detriment to those attending the convention, since the distance to the place where the event takes place is not greater but is even further nearby:
– Those staying at the Rio Hotel will be right next to the NH Casino Hotel.
– Those staying at the AC Hotel are just 5-10 minutes walk from the NH Casino Hotel.
– Those who are at the Las Bóvedas Hotel would also have to take the car to go to IFEBA and will also have to do so to go to this NH Casino Hotel in Extremadura.
Those who want to stay at the Gran Hotel NH Casino de Extremadura itself should call to check the rates since we do not have rooms reserved for attendees.

In relation to those attendees who could come by car to the convention, ALL ATTENDEES have access to the hotel parking for free, so parking will not be a problem. In any case, very close to the hotel there is a garden area next to the Guadiana River with a large amount of recently built parking.
As you might imagine, capacity will be limited, and may accept 250 registrations, an amount that will be reported in real time on the website so that you are aware of the availability of places.
And we also want to inform you that due to the change of location, the CATERING that was planned will no longer be able to take place at the Hotel. We are sorry to give you this news but at the end of the day the important thing is to be able to celebrate the days of this 7th Edition of the acorns.
I hope you can appreciate the organizational effort involved in organizing a convention in a new location with such little time, thus avoiding the cancellation of the event. I hope to continue counting on your assistance and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Personally consider that in this new location we will be very comfortable and in a closer environment as happened in the third edition. In any case, if any of you are not satisfied with the new location, he can contact us before registration closes and we will proceed to refund the cost of his registration.
